Refund policy

At KOSI Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your items. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [daprince48@hotmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your items back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
